Tasks: Planning, management and control tasks: - Assist in preparation for and execution of customer's visits for the sake of quality (e.g. process review/process acceptance by the customer) - Ensure the orderly and continual availability of all relevant documents within the fixed storage period of Weber's management system - Cooperate with product team as the FMEA responsible group to professionally and systematically design and develop FMEA production process in depth - Professionally design the process to ensure the effectiveness of process and measuring tools - Ensure the orderly and continual availability of the approved documents and parts within the fixed storage period of Weber's management system - Development and maintenance of all relevant documents (production management plan, testing plan, FMEA and specific QVP list of customers concerning quality) in the scheduled framework of quality as the service personnel of project team or quantity production team - Support the project team when defining quality standards in the process of batch production - Preside and record structure and process FMEA - Preparation for/execution of effectiveness test for process and measuring tools - Prepare customer-related approval document (EMPB and PPAP, including IMDS) as per regulations of project team or after consulting with customers (on deadline, scope etc.) when there is any new project, change and production site transfer - Evaluation of approval documents of subcontractors (EMPB and PPAP, including IMDS) - Support the project manager in tracking customers for approval - Involvement in meetings of project team or concerning project maturity in the framework of project organization Requirements: - Technical education background (technician, foreman and master of engineering is preferred) - 2 years of work experience in the field of quality planning in automobile industry ***Welcome fresh graduate*** - Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) - Knowledge on quality planning process of automobile industry (APQP, PPAP, PPF etc.) - Good command of SAP R3 (including QM module) - Knowledge on specific quality standards of automobile industry (ISO TS 16949:2002 etc.) - Be proficient in prevalent QM skills (FMEA, SPC, know-how etc.) - Favorable presiding and presentation skills - Be proficient in project management skills/knowledge - Understanding English, at least written English
